Ravelgurumi offers a straightforward method to access and download amigurumi patterns for knitting or crocheting on your iPhone or iPad.
The application showcases popular patterns from Ravelry, featuring a daily highlighted pattern as well as grouped patterns categorized by type.
To access the patterns, you will be required to log in using your Ravelry account. If you do not have an account yet, signing up is quick, simple, and free.
The patterns are tagged to indicate whether they are for knitting or crocheting, their level of difficulty, and their popularity rating.
By tapping on a pattern, you can view detailed information along with the option to download it to your personal collection within the app. Multiple language options are available, and you can switch between them as needed.
Each pattern download includes a convenient row counter to assist you in tracking your progress. The app retains your current position within the pattern, ensuring you stay organized. Additionally, the row counter can be reset via the Reset button or by shaking your device.
In the 'My Patterns' section of the app, you can easily locate and manage your downloaded patterns. If you wish to remove a pattern, simply edit it within this section or select the Remove option from the pattern details view.
In addition to pre-grouped patterns, you can explore more designs through searching or selecting the 'Find More' option. The app provides search term suggestions for added inspiration.
To enhance user experience, grouped patterns can be accessed offline. Refreshing a group updates it with the latest patterns while removing any previous ones. Additional patterns are dynamically loaded as you scroll down within a group.
The app adapts its theme based on your device's light or dark appearance settings, ensuring a seamless visual experience.
